  • Registrations will only be confirmed when payment is received
  • In order to guarantee your place at the conference, the registration fee must be received by the deadlines quoted in the conference description.

  • By any conference registration form, you agree for your personal information to be processed by the Conference Consortium and the International Harm Reduction Association.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at the address quoted below.
  • Cancellations are not considered “confirmed” until you receive a confirmation from the Conference Management Team Replacement delegates will be accepted.
  • Cancellations can be made 30 days before the event subject to a 20% administration fee, with no refund beyond this point. Please note that there may be variations to cancellation policies according to the location of the event(s).
