On 25th June 2009, 150 people from various backgrounds, nationwide agency groups, managers and practitioners gathered for the one-day conference at Friends House on London’s Euston Road. The new interactive format was well received and the positive feedback encouraging, establishing a precedent for this event in the future.
This ‘working’ event was facilitated by the Conference Chair, John Hedge, and highlighted particular examples of inter-disciplinary working by considering actual case scenarios to identify good and effective practice. It successfully provided the audience with an opportunity to consider a number of questions through 4 different workshops:

Furthermore, we thank all our participants for joining us and feeding back such positive and useful comments which will enable us to make further organisational improvements next year.
