The Conference Consortium is a limited company, operating as a social enterprise, with each of the members represented on the Board of Directors, together with a number of co-optees.
This Board is responsible for commissioning events and engaging the necessary personnel to ensure that these are produced and managed in a cost-effective and professional manner, providing value for money for participants.
The organisation of each event is supported by a programme group comprising board members, conference staff and other individuals who are able to lend their expertise to the process. All events are designed to encourage the full participation of those attending and reports (including any papers presented) are produced and made available via electronic and other means of publication.
